Juliana Spicoluk (Boho Beautiful)

Boho Beautiful is a thriving community dedicated to promoting health and mindfulness. Their ongoing mission is to generate and distribute as much high-frequency, positive content as possible, while connecting and reaching out to as many people as possible through this wonderful opportunity.

Before yoga and wellness became part of Juliana life, She was a world class Rhythmic Gymnast. She represented Canada all over the world but then due to a severe back injury at age 17 she had to say goodbye to her athletic career and that is when she turned to Yoga and Pilates to help myself heal her body and mind.

She was a two-time Canadian National Champion, held both silver and bronze medals in Junior Pan American Games, represented Canada in many world-wide competitions and World Championships. Juliana dedicated her entire teenage years to excelling in Rhythmic Gymnastics.

She was part of the Canadian Olympic Development Team which was preparing Juliana for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Through her many years of extreme training and competitions, Juliana’s back injury became too much to bare to complete her goal of 2008 Olympic Games and forced her to retire from her athletic career and focus on regaining her health and well-being.

Juliana has completed many different certifications in personal training, Pilates, and Yoga. She holds her 500 YTT from schools in Costa Rica and India,

Her husband (Mark Spicoluk) and she began to share their journey through their on-line portal on YouTube called “Boho Beautiful” which gave her the opportunity to continue to help others find whatever healing or value they needed out of the classes she could provide.

She has spent time deepening her practice in mindfulness and meditation through her studies in Buddhism in a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in Nepal, and continues to travel the world to expand her understanding and experience of life and spirituality through different opportunities, friends and healers that she comes across.
